House of recent construction,
The spectacular modern-style villa is located in a privileged place, a few steps from the beach, 250 meters away, but with impressive views of the sea and the mountains.
The ground floor consists of 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the kitchen-living room of more than 50 meters, right in front of the living room we have access to a large number of terraces and the pool.
In the upper part of the house we have a room with its own bathroom, which serves as a multifunctional room, a bedroom, a games room and a cinema room, it has a pool table and a ping pong table and a great terrace that goes around the house.
It has parking inside the property and on the outside wall of the house, the pool is infinity edge and its measurements are 10 long x 5 meters wide, it has seats submerged in the pool itself.
4 of the 5 bedrooms have views of the sea, the windows are huge, all this done to maximize the views and the entry of natural light.
It is one step away from the "tito yayo" beach bar on Cabria beach
We are going to incorporate an outdoor jacuzzi with 5 seats, 2 lying down and 3 sitting, starting at the end of November 2023
