The property has three floors, on the first floor you will find a large living-dining room with direct access to a large terrace with a covered and an uncovered part, independent kitchen, guest toilet and laundry room. Imagine enjoying dinner on the terrace while admiring the views of the sea and the island of Altea. The bungalow also has direct access to a beautiful communal swimming pool, shared with only 6 other bungalows. Only 100 metres away you will find a direct exit to a quiet beach.
