The hospitality of the staff is above and beyond what one would expect. It's like you've made friends, the head chef, Salim treats you like you are a guest in his home. The wait staff, from Andrew, Bibin, Vivek, and the others never sit around. They are always on their feet, waiting to see what they can do for you. Uvin, Sweety, and Chris at the front desk make your settling in with ease. The fact that I know all their names speak to the impression they have made.

New beautifully appointed hotel literally walking distance to Kochi airport. The hotel is luxurious and the staff are very caring and attentive to customer needs. The Spa is a great place to wind down prior to a long flight. Will definitely visit again.

The front desk staff was courteous, provided a welcome. drink, and guided us to our room. They said the bags would be sent over. It took over an hour and multiple calls and a trip to the front desk to get the bags delivered. They had been sent to the wrong room.
