AMALFI " Casa Mondrian" Amalficoast

Casa Mondrian comprises a spacious double bedroom that opens onto a lovely veranda, perfect for admiring the sea from a comfortable armchair or relaxing at the desk. The entrance hall features a refined, well-equipped eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A furnished garden with sea views is also privately accessible via a 70-step staircase.

Mondrian is one of four independent apartments located in the historic building perched above the sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It also boasts a charming villa with frescoed vaults.
The apartments vary in type and number of beds, all meticulously designed and boasting five-star views.
The building's main entrance is directly on the street, and from there, the apartments are conveniently accessed by elevator or marble staircase.


HOUSE RULES
- Apartment not suitable for children under 12 years old. It is suitable for babies up to 8 months.
- Price including: Linen and towels,mid week cleaning (it includes cleaning of bathrooms and the change of linen and towel); only for weekly rentals. Any extra change of linen and towel ha an extra cost of € 18,00 per person.
- Not included: *City tax *Electricity/air conditioning included up 160kwh extra consumption 0,40 per kwh.
- There would be a penalty of an extra € 50,00 if the house will be too dirty and untidy and if the garbage will be in the apartment
- *Heating 140,00 per week
- Extra cleaning on request: € 20,00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.

- Check in is from 16.00 to 21.30. For arrivals after 21:30 until 00:30 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; After 23.30 the extra fee is of EUR 100 and the time is to be confimed in agreement with us. SUNDAY and HOLYDAY CHECK IN: there is a surcharge of EUR 50 to be paid upon arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

WE NEED TO KNOW
- The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
- If you need a park slot or a transfer. The property has not parking but we can help to reserve a parking space at an extra charge. It needs to be booked in advance.
- On your arrival will be required to sign a contract and we need the copy of all the passports.
- The departure time, 1 or 2 days before the check out. At the departure the apt has be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from rubbish. Eventually, these conditions are not respected will be deducted from the deposit an amount corresponding to the hours of cleaning necessary to bring the property clean.

The apartment is equipped with:
- Air conditioning in the rooms,
- wi~fi, covered in all the building,
- fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, cutlery, accessories and washing machine),

- Please note that power cuts are common in this area so do not use all the electrical appliances all together otherwise the power may cut out.
- ALWAYS SWITCH OFF LIGHTS AND ELECTRICAL OR GAS APPLIANCES WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN USE AND WHEN YOU GO OUT
