The residence is structured as two sophisticated, self-contained apartments. Each unit is appointed with two double bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. Additionally, a large, private garage is available on the premises.

Location and Design
Villa Antico Sogno, located in a tranquil residential quarter of Amalfi, is a classic example of coastal architecture, marked by the area’s distinctive domed and barrel-vaulted white roofs.

The villa hosts guests in rooms with magnificent sea vistas. The interiors are distinguished by hand-made Vietri majolica floor tiles and serene, sky-blue ceilings.

Please note that the villa is accessed from the main road via 35 steps.

The property is vertically divided into two distinct apartments situated on the first and second floors, connected by external staircases finished in local lava stone.

First-floor apartment: Includes a small balcony off the living area, plus an outdoor patio, both offering sea views.

Second-floor apartment: Features a sea-facing terrace directly accessible from the main lounge.

Outdoor Amenities
The multi-level terraced gardens provide a captivating vantage point over the spectacular coastal landscape, including a partial view of Amalfi. One of these terraces is fully equipped for al fresco dining and also serves as a tranquil seating area.

The structure is served by a large, private, secure garage. Subject to availability and a fee, this space can accommodate two large vehicles.
