Very nice hot breakfast, very friendly service and very comfortable room. The only complaint I could mention is that we requested a ground floor room due to no elevator and a difficulty with steps and they could not help us with that. Otherwise, a great hotel!

Preis-/Leistung top!!! Kann kein 4-Sterne Hotel erwarten wenn ich 2 Sterne buche. Und dafür war alles gut, bis auf die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Vom Vorgänger lagen noch Getränkekappen auf dem Fußboden, Büroklammern, und Haare auf dem Badezimmer Fußboden. Wurde also schlecht gereinigt, und das darf ich auch in einem 2-Sterne Hotel erwarten

Rooms look very shabby and outdated. In general the hotel can have a makeover. We went with family and kids and didn’t feel this hotel very safe. Loud music was playing in one room and door was open. I know the manager asked them to close the door but that didn’t help much. We didn’t see any other family with kids when we stayed there. Pros - Breakfast was good both quality wise and up-keep. Menu has variety and they also have a Texas shaped waffle maker 🙂.

The room was surprisingly quiet for being on a freeway frontage road, but it is oriented so that I doubt anyone hears freeway noise. If is a little isolated, but the freeway is right there, I guess. Pretty much what I expect in a place to pull off the road for the night. I didn't eat breakfast or use any of the amenities - just a place for a shower & a good night's sleep.

Very disappointed

The property was in extremely poor condition and not clean. After checking in and getting to our room, we double checked the star rating from our app and we checked the rating from customers. We were we sure we were in the wrong facility based on the reviews. Makes us question using hotels.com in the future.

An older property that’s due some updates. Side doors do not lock anymore so it’s not super safe in the back halls. No elevator so be wary of you can’t do stairs.
