I personally love staying at the cactus cove Matt has done an excellent job from the remodeling to the decor the miniature golf course, corn hole the different sitting arrangements in the atrium to the beautiful fountain. A first class breakfast is served every morning and the pool is awesome with more really nice sitting around it The 2nd floor has a guest laundry that also fits right in with the rest of this exceptional hotel. The mercantile and bar/restaurant are both must visit while you are there. Matt's staff is what makes it all happen from the front desk, the housekeeping dept, maintenance,and sales team are all kind friendly and helpful. A special thank you to all of you at the cactus cove I will be sure to be staying with you again real soon I hope y'all add the cactus cove to your intenrary to

Good price! Cool hotel

The check in process was very slow. And they have limited snack/food options. I tried to get a microwaveable pizza but the 3 they had had mold. They returned me the money and unfortunately with my dogs I could not just leave to go eat so I had to DoorDash something not a huge inconvenience but was just very tired from my drive and wanted to rest quickly. The water for the shower was very warm the room was really neat just in worn condition expected for the price and discount. Overall a very good place and a very good price with the discounts.

Property was initially selected because they offered an airport shuttle. However, upon check in, we were told shuttle only ran from 11 AM to around 5 PM, so not great for the early flight I was scheduled to take. Hours were not posted on website. I was told to contact a sister property to schedule the shuttle, but it turned out to be a steakhouse and they had no clue what I was talking about. Property was sketchy at best. TL/DR: unreliable airport shuttle and dirty property. Don’t believe the posted pics or information. Utterly awful.
