The rooms are comfortable and everything was great just need to put different shower curtains cause water leaks out and need like memory form wet mat for restroom when getting out the shower

A hidden gem! The check in process was seamless, wonderful staff, and the inside is so cool! They have a neat playground next to the pool and everything is inside, making it accessible despite the weather. The food at the restaurant was Amazing! We are planning another trip just to hang out at the hotel itself!

I booked online. There were Comfort rooms and Deluxe rooms but I couldn’t find the difference. I assumed it was room size and got the cheaper. We ended up getting one of the old rooms with dirty carpet that smelled like cat pee. There is a resident cat living inside the building. My kids were not comfortable but I didn’t think I could complain because I purchased our room on Expedia. As we left we saw the renovated rooms with tile. I would have gladly paid the small upcharge. They kept cold breakfast open late so that was nice but the overall impression is that I paid for what I saw online and got a truck stop motel levels room. I got what I paid for.

Carpets leading to rooms were bunched up causing tripping hazards and tiles on the floor were broken. One of the elevators was out of service. The room was quiet but looked nothing like how it was advertised.
