We were in town with other families for a figure skating competition. The location was very convenient for us and the kids. Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced while we were there, which was disappointing. The property is a bit dated but seems to be maintened well with friendly and courteous staff. I forgot how convenient drive-up rooms were and did enjoy ours.

The hotel is old and that's ok! It's very dated. The towels are thin. The TV took awhile to get to work. The breakfast was pretty much done by 8:00am once the truckers got to it. But hey, you get what you pay for! Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

although there have been some upgrades to the rooms (new 1 piece tub unit) this hotel is very dated and definitely showing the aging signs…cracked and chipped dry wall, wall paper that looks like its been there since inception, extremely creaky floors

The room -paint chipping off wall, rusted sprinkler in room, needs coat of paint. Floors looked and felt dirty. Pool was too cold to swim in and also needs to be repared -floor of pool chipped. Hot tub was good. Pool bathrooms in need of repair. For the price we paid...not great.

The staff, lobby and kitchen area was very nice. Our room had not been renovated so it needed alot of TLC. Also, we only had a bath towel ... no hand towels or facecloths. I am originally from Amherst and understand they are working on renovated the remainder of the building.
