I had an issue with the management. Their beddings were dirty and when I pointed that out to the manager, he brushed it off and said “it’s just a stain”. When I asked him if he could allow to give a refund to my future stays he asked me to speak to Expedia. I spoke to Expedia and the manager refused the refund. Awful stay overall and I don’t recommend it. Also, dust is an inch thick

Below expectations

The bed was not comfortable, AC very old, there is bad smell in bathroom I was expecting at least any type of welcoming dish at least a fruit plate as what all other 5 stars hotels are doing, the bar was empty as well.
