What a wonderful hotel! Had fun catching a football match in the little cinema, and we were really impressed by the dining options & pool area. We only stayed one night, to catch an early flight in the morning, but wouldn’t have minded staying longer.

My stay was average, with a mix of positives and avoidable issues. At check-in, the hotel was overbooked and my reserved room type was not initially available. I was offered a downgrade at the same price or an upgrade for €30, along with complimentary breakfast. Since I was leaving early for the airport, the breakfast wasn’t very useful. After further discussion, they found a room matching my original booking, though without the garden view, which I accepted. The Mondi SkyBar experience was disappointing. The menu lacked clear descriptions, and I was recommended a fish dish without being told it was bone-in. Combined with the table lighting being removed, I ended up injuring the roof of my mouth on a fish bone. The staff offered a replacement, but I chose to have the item removed from the bill, which they handled appropriately. The room was fine and the hotel itself is pleasant. The airport shuttle was convenient, though it was listed as free on Hotels.com and actually cost €5, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience involved more friction than expected. That said, the staff were genuinely kind and professional, and did their best to accommodate the situation.

The shuttle is fine.. but the location is not next to any other food and their kitchen closed before I checked in .. leaving a sort of 7-11 (expensive) option.. and I had such an early flight I couldn't get breakfast

The shuttle service from hotel picked up a lot of people. We all got to the hotel at the same time, which meant a long wait on line to check in. Arriving to our room the door looked closed but we as in-fact not locked. This was troubling. There was no one in the room, probably just not securely closed by housekeeping. At check out the next morning staff did not seem care. This hotel also charges to use the shuttle for a ride back to the airport. I have never seen a hotel only offer free shuttle in one direction. In the morning, one person claimed not to know this and got to ride for free. For all of these reasons, I would not choose this hotel again.

Maintenance ! I went to the front desk twice requesting to increase or fix the thermostat. The gentleman promised me on the second request someone would either fix the temperature problem or give me a heater. Nothing was done. It was between 18 -19 degrees Celsius in my room!
