Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
My recent stay was extremely disappointing.
After traveling for seven hours, I was looking forward to resting during my layover before another nine-hour flight. Instead, I was moved between three different rooms due to unacceptable cleanliness issues.
The first room had bugs on the bed. The second and third rooms both had urine stains on the toilet seat and visible urine left in the toilet that had not been flushed. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable for any hotel. I can only assume that this is a regular occurrence floor this hotel given that it happened consecutively across 3 rooms.
Despite the condition of the rooms, staff did not offer to have them cleaned while I waited. The repeated room changes delayed my check-in by approximately 1.5 hours, significantly reducing the limited time I had to rest and prepare for important morning meetings.
The night manager assured me that a senior manager would contact me to discuss a refund/next steps. I have yet to receive any follow-up communication.
Based on this experience, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
