The front desk staff was blasé and unwelcoming. The restaurant staff were rude. Everyone seemed fixated on strict policies and not at all on hospitality. There were used sheets on the floor in my room, and the beds were not configured as booked (1x double, 1x twin). The only person we met that knew how to do hospitality was the hostess at breakfast - she was wonderful.

Room was average to poor. had to wait a long time to check in. Breakfast was ok hot food was limited. No sign of advertised gym and spar. Staff just did check in and didn't give anything further. Staff and service I'm the bar area with the TV were great though.

Great room, toiletries and breakfast. Room was very well soundproofed. Enjoyed the pool also. Short Uber to town centre area with shops, restaurants etc. Free transfers to and from Schiphol airport also. Great stay
