Unfortunately the hotel seemed to have some issues with the water heater. We got cold water in the shower in the morning for 3 days. We raised a complaint with the front desk but the issue persisted.

One of the nicest hotel stays I have ever experienced. Staff was professional and accommodating, perfect location with dozens of dining options all within a 5 minute walk. Half a block from the metro. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire facility was very clean. This hotel is highly rated and I would stay here again next time I visit Amsterdam! A+++

Great experience as a female solo traveller. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Price was it’s just out of central Amsterdam so much more affordable, yet close enough that you just walk a block to the metro and head wherever you want. Was also very easy to get to by transit from the airport. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a basic room and just wish there had been more areas to put things (more hooks for towels and areas to put clothing and cosmetics etc) but it was good enough for what I needed. There were two hooks about the shower but I’d need to be two feet taller to access them lol Tip: I asked for a room at the back away from street noise as recommended by other travelers and it was very quiet that way. However because I was in a room that had an ajoinint door to another room I could hear noise from that room. When I mentioned this to hotel staff they immediately offered to move me so were very responsive. Overall great find and great location for the price point, would return!
