This hotel is great to stay at when you need to fly from Schiphol airport or when you go to Amsterdam and have a car which is hard to park inside Amsterdam. You can take the shuttle to the airport (frequent and easy) and take a train into Amsterdam city center. The amenities at the hotel are great. The rooms are quiet and the beds are wonderful!! Huge plus. The only thing I miss is a hot water cooker for tea. When you use the coffee machine it tastes coffee. Dutch people love their tea at night. Everything else if wonderful. I can recommend anybody to stay here. It also has a walking park behind the hotel, great work out facility, pool with sauna. Breakfast buffet has a great variety and so many good things to choose from.

Bus was overbooked to Schiphol

The hotel is updated and very comfortable. My only significant complaint was the provision for getting to the airport. For travelers needing to get to Schiphol by 8 am we had to pile in an over-crowded bus with people on top of one another - the entire aisle stuffed with people - passengers even standing on the entry steps. I got the feeling that this hotel isn't really careful enough about providing that extremely important service - convenience in getting to the airport. We all felt like cattle last Thursday morning. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years before flying home. It's happened before. Something tells me I'll be making another choice, like CitizenM at the airport next time, even if it is a few Euro's more.
