Been coming here for years . This last visit could have been better . You can hear everything from the outside so didn’t get much sleep the first night . Mattress was really worn and not comfortable . This is a great hotel and location with good breakfast but needs some updates . Noise insulation and new mattresses .

During our stay at the Clementine Hotel, someone entered our room and stole a personal belonging. What made this even more upsetting was the response when I reported it. Instead of concern or support, I was met with skepticism — comments like “well, you didn’t have housekeeping though.” That is correct — we did not have housekeeping. No trash removal. No fresh towels. Which makes it even more alarming that someone still entered our room. This isn’t just about a missing item. It’s about feeling unsafe, unheard, and dismissed as a guest. Accountability and guest safety should never be optional.

This is such a quiet hotel with friendly staff. The room was large and we had a decent kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and even utensils, cups, and plates in the cupboards. The breakfast is good and healthy with protein, fruit, and juice. The parking was convenient. There is a good water bottle fill up machine down the hall to the right of the breakfast room. The Clementine has a nice basketball area with a pool and Jacuzzi and small toddler pool. I loved how the housekeepers did not knock on my door (bother me) more than once during our 4-night stay. I let them give me towels and empty our trash cans once. But they were always accessible outdoors if needed. This is a 17-minute walk to Disneyland. Not bad!!

We had a perfect bottom floor, single room suite. Great chilaquiles for breakfast! The only problem during the stay was extreme low water pressure in the shower. They offered to switch us rooms but we didn’t want to move all our things/fridge goods to a new space. Always love to be here with our pets.

I would have given 5 stars, the reason I didn't is bc there was a used bar soap at the bathroom sink that had hair. With that it just made the true cleanliness questionable. The gal that checked is in was so dry and didn't seem happy. On the other hand the gentleman working late night was great and helpful as we're the kitchen workers. Loved the area room style with having the living area, full kitchen, and absolutely loved having an ice maker in the room. It was like having a full studio apartment rather than just a room. We stayed for our Disney trip, which was about a 15min walk (regular medium pace). Anaheim Gardenwalk is just across the street which was great for us and recommend. The breakfast was great, and not just a continental, but a full breakfast. For one of the days we stayed, I asked for paper plates to take food to our room to eat. I will be ok with staying there again, especially if u have a family and the ease with having a full kitchen and they supply all the diss/cookware. Oh and there's also a dishwasher and they provided the soap. They also have bbq grills/area, basketball, playground and I believe a tennis court. The bed was OK, if it had a mattress pad, it would probably be better. For the size of the bed, I think larger pillows would have been better, but I realize many take their own. Overall, I loved the apartment feel & location and would stay again!

Easy check in . Glad to have parking and a shuttle to get us to Disney . Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything needed to eat in. Water pressure in bath was not so good and just warm water but guess it’s to be expected as it is hotel and I was upstairs . Decent breakfast which was also a plus as there were 13 of us !

The room was in good condition. Furthermore no dish soap or sponge was available to wash the dishes. We run over the body wash and the toilet paper. The best part was the breakfast which was above my expectations.

Loved the space of the room it was a great choice for a larger group. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast choices were ok but wish they had more options to choose from or switch the choices being offered.
