Unfortunately I can’t give a five review due to a couple of issues we encountered first staff very friendly upon check in now the bad: upon entering the room we encountered several flies that were a higher size I tried to swat them which for the most part I took care of that then we had many knats that were relentless too many to take care of we contacted the front desk asked to be moved were told no rooms available they sent there maintance guy he said he would come the next day and spray the flies and knats we also at the same time requested maids to come clean the room which was on our third day. Well unfortunately the maintenance guy nor the cleaning service came. We went to Disney Land and came back to flies knats and a uncleaned room. My wife and I were both very disappointed with the lack of concern from the maintenance guy to just blow us off and the front staff who failed to inform cleaning staff on cleaning our room. It’s very unlikely that we would book another stay at this establishment. We saw that that were a lot of motels in the area by Disneyland I would highly recommend researching those places. It should be noted we were on the back side of the hotel where it seemed this area was not taken care of like the front area. Leaves and branches all over the stairs and patio where they had patio furniture that was covered in debri. This is an honest opinion of our resent visit.

This is my new favorite hotel to stay at when visiting the Disneyland area. It’s close enough to walk to, but far enough that it’s not on the main strip and all the noise. The rooms are big and spacious and have everything you need. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and willing to help you with anything you need. The free breakfast is a nice touch as well (and it’s a really nice breakfast too, not a stingy one). I will definitely be staying here again soon.

Wonderful

Amazing. Clean, comfortable, close to theme park with bus service. Front desk, staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had one maintenance issue which was resolved within a matter of minutes. Because it was not resolved fully, we got compensated with a bottle of wine. The beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean, and quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

Good family hotel

Everything was clean, kids enjoyed the pool and we were so grateful for cheap laundry after camping for a few days. Beds were a little stiff but not bad. The kitchen had some pots but no pot holders and no filters for the coffee pot even though grounds were provided. Short on toilet paper with no extra rolls and no hair dryer. Good space for our family of 6 in the loft room.

It’s good for a short stay.

The rooms looked better in the picture. Actually, the whole property looked better in the pictures. The bathroom is very small. Our sink wouldn’t drain properly. The room with the beds wasn’t good with air circulation. There is only closets to hang your clothes so we lived out of our suitcases I was so kind to organize the kid’s room since it was an utter mess. (Of course kids didn’t keep it organized but still looked better than it did when I came). The breakfast is okay, some food options are tastier than others, and it’s the same thing every day for the most part. The cleaning service was excellent and the people working there were wonderful. I just feel things maybe need some updating. The beds and pillows weren’t that great, to sum it up, it’s okay but don’t stay for a week like we did.
