The arrival desk was fine but the key card did not work. This was a problem every day. And the restaurant was closed at lunch and 10pm. Carpet is old. Beds were fine. It is Not 1 block away from the entrance. Don’t take the Anaheim bus. Way too long.

On the second night of my stay all four of my families key cards got deactivated and I wasn’t able to get onto the property. Luckily someone was walking out so I was able to at least get inside. Once we got to our room at about 1:30am with 3 cranky sleeping kids. We couldn’t even come into the room. I had to run over to the front desk to get new keys made. This is completely ridiculous. When I asked about why this had accord it’s almost as if they didn’t really care.

Our first room had a leaking ceiling/wall. We were moved no problem, however.. that night we had 0 water pressure and freezing cold water. The hotel is old. And it smells. I would not recommend.

I like the location close to Disney, that is very convenient. I was disappointed to find out that cleaning is only provided if requested 24 hours in advance. This means the beds aren’t made daily, the room isn’t cleaned, and only the towels are changed and garbage removed. This important detail wasn’t mentioned in the property description. I don’t think this should be a service that requires advance notice, especially after a long, exhausting day when it’s easy to forget to make the request. As a result, my room ended up not being cleaned at all during my stay.

The property was dirty Floors were sticky Carpet was dirty Dont do room service unless requested even then they wont do room service for the1st night Asked for extra towels for the 2nd night, made me turn in my old dirty towels before able to receive my 2nd set. The lady said should jot have taken a shower the 1st night stay otherwise i would have towels for the 2nd night
