Winter Weekend with Family

We were very impressed with this Tropical Paradise, even though we stayed in the winter. There was enough space for everyone and the beds were comfy and cozy. We were gone all day at Disney parks, but the hot tub was a great way to relax when we got back. Close to food and shopping and minutes from Disney. Communication with host was easy and response time was good. A great weekend overall!

The house was more than we expected. As we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly neighbors and a serene environment. The living accommodations were readily available for a family of 12. The kitchen included appliances, silverware, and plenty of pots for cooking family meals. Within walking distance, we were able to enjoy the nearby park with plenty of activities for small or older children. We look forward to visiting again, soon.

Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. Hopefully our next stay will be longer!

Wonder Home

We so enjoyed our time in this home. We had five kids under 5 (and their parents/our kids), and the pool and the home layout were so utilized and convenient. We loved it had a laundry and plenty of trash cans. We were there five nights and never ate out. Instacart and the kitchen were well used. We made a ton of precious memories. The fireworks at night made it magical.

Our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration

The house was nice, clean and had more than enough rooms for our sons’ family. We had a wonderful time for bonding and celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We wanted to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the backyard but there were limits (10 pm.) to the time we can be out. Yan was very responsive to our concerns. It was a wonderful stay!

Girls getaway

The property is beautiful and spacious for a big group we enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to see in the description that there are fans in some of the closets we did not notice them until after we were ready to leave. it does get a little warm in the rooms. As we were a group of ladies, we were a little uncomfortable.The neighbor sits outside constantly, just staring. Other then that.. It was a wonderful stay whwould come in and out.

The pool and hot tub were dirty, even after the pool cleaning on Tuesday. The storage areas (pool toys, game room) were dirty and cluttered. The outside garbage on day one was overflowing and had maggots crawling in and out of it. On our second morning, there was a delivery early (at 7:30 am) from Home Depot. We were asked to facilitate the delivery and move our vehicle from the parking area. Each day there were construction workers in the yard and parked in the driveway. Multiple days we had yard care workers during peak pool hours which included trimming palm trees onto the lawn while we were trying to enjoy the outdoors. If construction and tree trimming needs to be done, days should be blocked out so guests aren’t inconvenienced. We paid over 6500 dollars for 5 nights with significant host fees.

Amazing Property Management!

Truly the best Property management we have ever experienced ( and we have rented for many years and many homes!)!!!! Yan immediately responded to every question before our trip, during and upon checking out. Upon arrival, found that a high chair was not on premise as indicated - Yan had a new one delivered within hours! The home was clean and was exactly as described. This was a family trip to take our 6 grandchildren to Disney and Legoland(23months to 8 in age) along with their parents(in all 6 adults). It was the perfect lay out for our needs; plenty of privacy, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and lots of entertainment/lounging areas for all. The pool area was large and beautiful. There was a beautiful park we were able to walk to with the children in the neighborhood. They loved playing there. Getting to Disneyland was very easy within 10 minutes and you were parked & walking into Disneyland. To and from John Wayne Airport in traffic 30/40 minutes - without 20. Grocery store less than 10 min along with other stores might need. Pictures and descriptions are all correct. We highly recommend this home for any Disneyland trip! I have never written this much but I feel strongly it is well deserved!

Family Disney Trip

The house was a perfect fit for our large family. It was stocked with everything needed and was close to Disneyland resort. The kids loved the theme rooms. The house is nicely decorated and put together. I would suggest having the cleaners clean the floors better and wipe down light switches and walls of kids bedrooms. They were a little dirty. I cleaned some myself. The only issues were had is the sofa’s are a little small for large families to sit together and watch movies, and the master bed needs to be replaced. It is very worn down, noisy with movement and terrible on your back. The other beds are fine. Another drawback is you have no control of the hot tub and have to contact owner to turn on every time. It’s inconvenient to say the least. It would be better to install a hand timer that lasts an hour with each turn. It’s understandable owner wants to avoid wasted heat but the renter should be able to use at will. The owner is very strict about no hot tubbing after 10 PM even if you’re quiet adults trying to wind down after a long Disneyland day. A lot of people like to hot tub after 10 PM and can be respectful of noise ordinances. For the most part it was a good stay and good location.

Special Property; 5 Kings

When we invite our 3 sons and their families to join us for a week, I like to offer all three couples a king bed and my husband and I prefer a king as well. This trip, we included a brother/ sister-in-law also. I was delighted to find this lovely house with 5 bedrooms with king beds! And the beds were comfortable with nice quality linens. The master bath is exceptional. The only tub is in that bathroom. The sleeping arrangements for kids were great, too. I liked the 4 twins better than the more common two bunk beds and the Princess room bed with the ball pit was fun. The castle painted on the wall was the perfect background for pictures taken with Queen Elsa when she visited our granddaughter! The kitchen is nice with a nice refrigerator and gas range. There is plenty of dining space inside, in the backyard and by the beautiful pool. The only small detail we didn’t love was the seating in the main gathering space. It is not very comfortable and does not accommodate a large group, so we ended up breaking into smaller groups to watch bits of movies to “prepare” for Universal Studios and Disney. There certainly are plenty of TVs to choose from, however. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. There were many games we didn’t touch. The house is well stocked with soft toys, a doll house, pool floats, sand toys for the beach, ping pong, etc. There are 2 washers and dryers. Yan was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. The location is great. Four adults walked back from Disneyland one night, but I wouldn’t recommend walking in general. Easy access to freeways was nice for beaches and LA attractions and airport. I recommend this well laid out and thoughtfully decorated and appointed home to any group wanting to enjoy their relaxation time as much as their time at attractions!

Wonderful Vacation!

This house was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. We had a couple of sick children and Grandma stayed with them while the others went to the park. It was super nice to have a comfortable house to entertain them in rather than a small hotel room. The kids loved the pool, the ball pit, the "house" bed, the air hockey and watching "Octonauts". The adults loved the pool, the full kitchen, being able to come back for a rest and letting the kids watch Octonauts. The owner was very responsive to little problems that came up. When we reported that the top rack on the dishwasher was broken it was fixed the same day. We had a problem with the refrigerator freezing things (lettuce, grapes, hard-boiled eggs) and the owner came and checked it out. Although it wasn't resolved while we were there she scheduled someone to come take a look at it.
