Getting Around:
This house is less than two miles from Disneyland Park. You can take OCTA bus 83 to Disneyland Park - its terminal is on Ball Rd, about one block away.
Please turn onto "King Ct" from "Ball Rd" - GPS sometimes gives the wrong directions.
Other Things to Note:
**House Rules:**
- Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., enforced by the City of Anaheim
- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification
- NO SMOKING inside the home or game room - including tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs
- Maximum occupancy: the initial daily price is for 12 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night; a maximum of 15 people is permitted
- Additional visitors are not allowed unless approved by the host
- Minimum booking age: 21 years old
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- We reserve the right to decline booking requests that would leave a 2-night gap on the calendar
**Pool & Spa Heating:**
- Optional pool heating fee:
- Winter months (Nov-Feb): no pool heating for the winter season
- Warm months (Oct, March, April, May): $100 for the first day, $40 per additional day
- Summer months (Jun-Sept): $60 for the first day, $30 per additional day
- Spa heating: $10 per hour after 2 complimentary hours per day
- Note: pool heating costs are subject to change. In winter months we strongly recommend using only the spa, for energy conservation.
**Liability:**
- Homeowners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises
- Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises
**Security Measures:**
- We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7 and have access to recorded footage at all times. Cameras are located in the front yard, back yard, and side yard. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and unregistered guests in our properties.
- Noise monitoring: devices are installed at the front door and in the backyard to monitor noise levels and alert property managers if decibel levels exceed normal limits.
