Tervetuloa "Onnellisimpaan maahan", joka on vain muutaman askeleen päässä "Onnellisimmasta paikasta maan päällä" -DISNEYLAND! Tämä talo on hiljattain uusittu ylhäältä alas. Kaikkea uudesta keittiöstä, uusista huonekaluista, uudesta ilmastointilaitteesta, ylimitoitetusta tankless vedenlämmitimestä älytelevisiotekniikkaan jokaisessa huoneessa. Rakastat aivan uutta lomakeskustyyliä takapihalla, jossa on laguuni suolaisen veden uima-allas, rehevät vesiputoukset, 25 jalkaa pitkä vesiliukumäki, maassa ylimitoitettu poreallas, kiddie-laguuni, palokammio ja ulkona ruokailu- / oleskelualueet.

Anaheimin kaupunki valvoo myös sisätiloissa melko ajoin klo 22.00–9.00 kaikille loma-asunnoille. Tuolloin takapihan käyttöä on rajoitettu.


Suunnitellessamme tätä taloa suunnittelemme luoda kodin, jota perheemme voisi käyttää onnittelemaan Disneylandin upeita kokemuksia. Toivomme myös perheesi nauttivan siitä!

Tämä talo sijaitsee kätevällä paikalla - vain helpon 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä (jopa pientenkin kanssa) Disneyn keskustaan ja Disneyland Monorail -sisäänkäynnille. Ja vaikka läheisyys on niin lähellä, saat nauttia mukavasta, rauhallisesta naapurustosta ystävällisten, perhekeskeisten naapureiden kanssa. Erityinen herkku on saamassa kuulla Disneyland Railroad -vihelman talosta päivän aikana!

Olemme täysin uudistaneet ja päivittäneet koko talon perheiden mielessä. Se on yhden tason koti (ei portaita), mikä tekee siitä ihanteellisen pienten tai vanhusten perheille. Se on avoin pohjaratkaisu maksimaalisen perheen hauskaa. Voit nauttia monista mukavuuksista - älykkäistä televisioista jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja olohuoneessa, jossa on laaja digitaalinen elokuvakirjasto, huippuluokan ilmastointitekniikka, ylimitoitettu tankless vedenlämmitin, päivitetty hälytystekniikka ja ilmainen nopea nopea WiFi, vain muutamia mainitakseni.
Tämä koti on sisustettu ammattimaisesti ja täysin sisustettu Disney-hengen mielessä. Jokainen huone on ollut tyylikkäästi ja hienovaraisesti Disney-teemalla. Päämääränämme oli viedä sinut tarkoitettuun elokuvaan ja saada sinut tuntemaan kuin eläisit elokuvassa !!!

Keskitetysti sijaitsevan olohuoneen / keittiön / ruokasalin ulkopuolella on eteinen, joka johtaa Master-sviittiin, 2 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

'Jungle Book' -makuuhuone: Tämän huoneen tulisi herättää tunne, että hänellä on ylellinen viidakon retriitti. Siinä on tyylikäs tunne, jossa on queen-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, joka on kytketty tasku-oveen, ja “Jungle-kirjan” rakastettujen klassisten hahmojen mukautettuja taidetta. Kylpyhuoneessa on tilava sadesuihku, yhden pesualtaan alaosa ja wc. Nukkuu 2

”Queen Elsa's Ice Castle” -makuuhuone: Emme koskaan nähneet Elsan jäälinnan makuuhuonetta ”FROZEN” -elokuvassa, mutta luulemme, että se olisi ehdottomasti jotain näiden linjojen suuntaisesti… Kuningatar-kokoinen verhoiltu sänky, mukautetut faux-maalatut hohtavat “huurusuunnitelmat” maalikäsittely ja jäinen sisustus. On näkymä laguunille ja vesiputouksille. Nukkuu 2

”Rapunzelin tornihuone” -makuuhuone: Rapunzelin hämmästyttävä maalaustaito inspiroi tätä huonetta. Kaapasimme hänen värikkäitä mielikuvituksellisia teoksiaan räätälöityihin seinämaalauksiin. Tunnet todella kuin olet löytänyt hänen salaisen tornin! Tässä huoneessa on queen-size-vuode. On näkymä laguunille ja vesiputouksille. Nukkuu 2

Olohuoneeseen ja ruokailutilaan on kytketty valtava lasten monikäyttöinen makuuhuone ja leikkihuone, jolla on pääsy takapihalle. Tämä huone on kuviteltu yhden Disneyn klassikoiden ja yhden henkilökohtaisen suosikkielokuvassamme - PETER PAN!
Olemme kutsuneet tätä "NEVERLAND-HUONEEKSI". Tässä huoneessa olemme rakentaneet kaksi kerrossänkysarjaa keskeiseen jättiläismäiseen ”Hangman´s Tree” -taloon, samoin kuin “kadonneilla pojilla”. Kerrossängyt ovat kaksosia täysikokoisten sänkyjen yli, joissa on kaksi erillistä vyöryvuodetta. Tämä huone voi nukkua 8 helposti ja mukavasti.
"Neverland Room" tuntuu erityisen tilavalta holvattujen puukatojen ja kauniiden erkkeri-ikkunoiden ansiosta. Mikä saattaa muistuttaa 'Darling'-lasten päiväkoti-ikkunapenkistä ja sopii erinomaisesti käpertymiseen hyvän kirjan kanssa. Mukautetut seinämaalaukset lisäävät tunnelmaa.

Kylpyhuone "Meren alla": Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on suljettu suihku, yhden pesualtaan alaosa ja wc.

“Dalmatialainen” kylpyhuone: Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihkukaappi, yhden jalustan pesuallas ja wc.

Olohuoneessa on 2 täysikokoista sohvaa, 1 viihtyisä satunnainen tuoli, 60 tuuman LCD HD Smart TV ja kutsuva kaasutakka. Ruokailutila on kytketty olohuoneeseen ja siinä on istumapaikkoja 10 hengelle. Paljon tilaa erityisille aterioille yhdessä hauskaa korttipeliä varten. Saatavana on myös kokoelma pelejä. Yhdistettynä olohuoneeseen ja ruokasaliin on hiljattain uusittu, täysin varusteltu, mukautettu keittiö. Keittiössä on paljon tiskitilaa ja suuri keskisaari, jossa on neljä istuinta. Siellä on runsaasti tilaa useiden ihmisten työskentelemiseen yhdessä, ja koska kaikki oleskelutilat ovat avoinna, kokit eivät menetä mitään hauskaa! Keittiön kautta pääsee pelihuoneeseen, jossa on foosball-pöytä, pingispöytä, lasten teeskentelykeittiö ja sohva. Käytettävissä on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Mikä on yksi suosikkiasioistamme lomalla, koska se tarkoittaa, että pakkaat vähemmän JA lähdet kotiin puhtailla vaatteilla!

Oma “Neverland” näyttää ulos “Pirates Cove” -takapihalle. Tämä upouusi, lomakeskuksen tyyliin oma yksityinen takapiha sisältää laguunityylisen suolaisen veden uima-altaan, jolla on erillinen baja-kiddie-poukama, laajat kallio- ja vesiputousominaisuudet sekä 25 jalkaa pitkä WATERSLIDE !! Siellä on myös ylimitoitettu maanalainen poreallaskylpylä, BBQ, pelialue ja palo-kuoppia-alue. Valinnainen uima-allasportti on saatavana pyynnöstä. Tämä takapiha on täydellinen paikka nauttia kauniista, ihanteellisesta eteläisen Kalifornian säästä ympäri vuoden! Upea tapa rentoutua hauskan päivän jälkeen Disneylandissa!

Kotimme siivotaan perusteellisesti jokaisen vuokrauksen välillä silmällä pienimpiä yksityiskohtia varten. Haluamme sinun tuntevan olosi mahdollisimman mukavaksi kotona poissa kotoa. Löydät kokonaisvaltaisen manuelin, jonka olemme koonneet, jotta vierailustasi tulisi mahdollisimman helppoa. Kartat, ohjeet ja paikalliset tiedot otetaan mukaan.

Excellent option for house near disney

Great house. Very well stocked. Just buy food/drinks and nothing else. From plenty of dishes/pans/spices, everything is there Pool was so much fun. A touch smaller than the pictures, but it was not a negative at all as we enjoyed it greatly Easy walk to Disney. Tons of fun. Definitely, definitely worth the extra expense compared to cheaper homes.

As advertised

This house was spotlessly clean and conveniently located near the Disneyland entrance, making it ideal for families with young children. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing valuable recommendations and adding a few special touches to make the stay truly memorable for the kids. In the afternoon, the pool provided a refreshing escape from the park, while the proximity of the rental offered a convenient place to recharge before returning to Disneyland in the evenings.

Disney theme and great location makes for a great holiday stay!

The location to Disney cannot be beat with this house! The house was well appointed and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Cute theme rooms although a bit on the small size ( are those really queen beds or full?) The master en suite is really really small but quite nicely refurbished. Pool area is top notch and the game room is a nice surprise. Overall a lovely home with a great walking location to Disneyland!

Amazing Disney house!

We just had the BEST time at this house! Everything was themed and so clean. The hosts had so many fun surprises for us, and they had literally thought of everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. It's super close to Disney-- it was a 7 minute drive to the parking lot. The pool was tons of fun, the outdoor eating area was lovely, and there was a huge driveway for parking our vans. Our hosts were always very responsive to texting and were super accommodating. We would totally stay there again, and highly recommend it!

Great memories for Three-Generations

We were thrilled to find a home within walking distance of Disneyland for ourselves , children and grandchildren . This home really enhanced our experience in many ways. There was ample comfortable beds and bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen . Our grandchildren are 4, 6 and 8 and being able to fix simple meals in between Disney visits saved time and money and was more nutritious. The pool with slide and hot tub were amazing and used every single day ! The children couldn’t wait to swim and we felt safe knowing the optional fence , door jam and door alarm were in place . As far as walking to Disneyland , it is about a mile walk because the house is on the side of the Mickey Mouse parking lot which you have to walk around . Some days we walked and other days we parked and took the tram into the theme parks . I appreciated the easy access to the hosts that answered my many questions in real time . The Peter Pan room is amazing and the grandchildren loved it . That being said , there is a concrete floor with high bunk beds .. an adventure for the kids feeling they were truly in a tree house , so they were highly supervised in this room including during the night because they all love climbing . We are planning to return to this Happiest House and truly felt that the house for comfort , access to Disneyland and fun factor exceeded our expectations !! Did I mention the Arcade in the garage !!!

Amazing stay, amazing hosts, incredible experience

First and foremost Andrew is an absolutely incredible host. I’ve been a host myself for 10 years and when traveling I always prefer to stay in a rented home instead of a hotel. Without a doubt Andrew is the best host we’ve stayed with. He was very responsive and communicative, but also very thorough and accommodating. He checked in with us in very thoughtful and considerate ways. The house instructions were very clear, helpful and to the point. Everything you needed to know was there and easy to find out given their organization of their welcome booklet. The house is exactly as pictured. The backyard is great. The pool was a blast for the kids. The house was immaculately cleaned and cared for. The thematic rooms were also a huge hit for the kids. Truly, it was a wonderful stay all around. We loved the location too because it was close enough to Disneyland and everything, but gave us enough space to be away from the crowds. Thanks for a wonderful stay Andrew and for opening up your beautiful home for our family trip.

Birthday Disney Stay

Our stay at this house was perfect. Andrew and Lindsey have thought of everything.While the location is technically walkable to the parks, it is also an easy ride share away and we found that easier at the end of the day.

Truly the HAPPIEST HOUSE ON EARTH

Don’t pass this up! Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous backyard, comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Only a 15 minute walk to downtown Disney where you can board the monorail into the park. We can’t wait to return!

This house was perfect for our family of 10. We had 5 adults and 5 children. The kids loved being able to sleep altogether in the Neverland room. Each couple, family had their own bathroom. Plenty of room. Very clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. The host, Andrew was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing Disney Vacation!

Wonderful location, walking distance to Disney in a quiet neighborhood. Kids absolutely loved the pool! They also loved the different theme rooms and the kids scavenger hunt! Hosts were great in terms of communication. Highly recommend!

Disneyland

This house was amazing. First off they gave us an early checkin which was great. Very quite neighborhood with little to no traffic. The walk to Disneyland was very safe and lite up at night took less then twenty minutes. The house was very clean and well stocks with everything you will need. I had taken extra supplies that we didn’t touch. The decor was amazing with each room having a Disney them. The lost boy bunk room was a big hit with the kids along with the game room. The swimming was also a big hit. Waterslide, spa and shallow kid pool. For a small fee the pool can be heated which was so worth it. The scavenger hit was so well thought out with a great treasure chest filled with surprises. Be sure and do it before heading to the park. I could go on and on. Great place to stay for a large group. If you decide to Uber it was like 10.00 one way. Cheaper then parking.

Amazing house and pool!

Wow! This house was wonderful with attention to details around every corner. The hosts were incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. We all appreciated the amazing Disney references (including a Mary Poppins measuring tape to see if you were tall enough for the Disney rides) and fun scavenger hunt! The pool and game room were out of this world. The kitchen and living room were beautiful. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Family Get Together

We gathered together from three different states for a fabulous week at your wonderful home! It was perfect for us & had everything we needed and more! We spent the majority of our time in the pool & the slide made it even more fun! The kitchen was well organized making it a breeze to cook. The bedrooms were clean & comfortable. We had fun going on the treasure hunt, and finding the ‘treasure’ brought smiles to us all. The home is close to restaurants and stores. And of course, we spent time at Disney! The owner was great to communicate with and readily available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for helping us to have a memorable vacation!

Great place

It was a great place for Disney access. We were grateful for the umbrella strollers in the garage to walk to Disney with and then park them there. Kids loved the Disney theme room and of course the pool was a hit. Grill has seen better days but we made it work. All and all a good stay and you can see the attention to detail that comes with a super host.

2nd stay even better than our 1st

This was our second stay at the Happiest House on Earth. After our first stay, we wished we spent more time at the house. We did this time and loved it! We had two full days at the Disneyland parks where we walked to the parks from the house and even walked back to the house mid day for a break. After each park day, we had a day at the house to relax and enjoy the pool with relaxing hot tub and fun slide, the comfy couch and tv and the game room garage. We also walked two different nights to Downtown Disney for food, souvenirs and fireworks. Our son had an event at the Anaheim Convention Center during our stay and that was even closer to walk to than Disney. We mostly ate in and grilled and cooked food with shopping from Whole Foods and Ralphs. The Peter Pan themed Neverland room is the absolute favorite for our kids to stay in. It was an awesome stay and we highly recommend for families!

You won’t be disappointed!

Andrew was an excellent host. We were blown away by the attention to detail given to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The resort style pool is better than the photos. We enjoyed lots of laughs and made amazing memories at this property. We hope to return again someday.

gAn Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Home

gBeautiful home. Excellent location. Good communication from the hosts. The short-term rental contract you are required to sign after booking is very off-putting as was the additional request for a phone call on check-in. As a business trip for a team of 5 people, all this did was add more "to dos" to an already hectic schedule. All-in-all a great stay.
