Summary:

Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Girdwood condo! Featuring 2 beds, 2 baths, and a total of 3 beds (w/couch) accommodates most groups. Newer built condo complex featuring the Alaskan charm and feel with a view of the surrounding mountains.



The Space:

3rd floor condo located in the secured building on a quite street. Lots of outside parking next to the building. Featuring 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch; 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs; full kitchen with all amenities; hot tub that is overlooking to the mountains.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (elevator is available if needed).



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential street and neighborhood. Close to the city grocery market, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, Girdwood brewery, quick drive to the Alyeska resort and ski lifts. Girdwood shuttle access is close access for free public transportation around Girdwood.



Getting Around:

Walk to the Mercantile, Raw Market, restaurants (Spoonline, Chair 5) , Girdwood brewing or take the shuttle around Girdwood or closer to the mountains.



Other Things to Note:

This is a quiet building: quiet hours to be observed after 9pm and until 8am. no pets and absolutely no parties.



Hot tub availability subject to maintenance; occasional closures possible. No compensation for closures.



For our VRBO bookings: if you are to cancel, we are unable to refund Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. Hot tub was an excellent bonus as well as the fireplace. Garage was huge bonus!!! Appreciated the cart to take things to the elevator, another excellent bonus. Place was clean, few minor things. Light in guest bath wasn’t working, dishwasher needs to be secured, overall however will recommend in the future.

Great location for exploring the area - easy drives to Whittier, Seward, or just exploring the Turnagain. Also very close to gas station, restaurants in Girdwood. Kitchen well stocked with utensils for making our own food. Rental was clean, and everything was in good condition. Off season stay was very quiet. Great view of the mountains off the deck and from the hot tub.

The unit was lovely, nicely furnished and impeccably clean. The beds and the furniture were comfortable and attractive. We only spent one night, but would certainly select this property if we returned to the area. We struggled just a bit with the lock box for the key, but a phone call to the management company solved the problem immediately.

Our stay at the condo was a brief overnight stop, and we appreciated its cleanliness and modern amenities. The accommodations provided everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. However, upon our arrival, we found the condo to be quite warm, with only a small fan available. While it did cool down enough by evening for us to sleep, it made for a rather uncomfortable start to our stay.I had chosen this particular condo for its beautiful third-floor deck overlooking the mountains. However, I was disappointed to find that the deck was predominantly occupied by an out-of-order hot tub, leaving no space for even a single chair. This was particularly unfortunate, as my elderly mother and I had hoped to relax and enjoy the cool evening while taking in the stunning views.Our overall experience was slightly marred by these two factors: the warm interior upon arrival and the limited accessibility of the deck. Nonetheless, I truly believe this condo is an excellent choice for many travelers, which is why I have rated it with five stars. My intention is solely to provide constructive feedback for future guests, not to adversely affect the property’s rating. Thank you.

Nearly perfect! Comfortable and cozy beds. Clean clean clean! Perfect stay for two couples. Hot tub was warm and ready for us when we arrived. Close to virgin falls and a great restaurant double musky (sp) (probably have to drive to both) Comfortable seating. Big TVs in all rooms. Not Handicap accessible. No grab bars in the shower Thanks for the elevator. Which we didn’t find until after we lugged our suitcases up) We had a wonderful Mountain View. (Well allOf Alaska has a wonderful Mountain View!)

Accommodations were ok. We need to check in an hour or two early and were charged 50. Our stay was less than 12 hours due to flight times and then to be charged an additional 50 when the unit was empty was uncalled for. We will not stay here on our next trip.

VERY NICE CONDO!

We came down from Anchorage for the holiday weekend and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This property is extremely clean, updated, very comfortable, convenient, quiet, and the communication with the property managers is quick and efficient, We would absolutely stay here again. The icing on the cake was the hot tub! Again, it was extremely clean, smelled very fresh and not like heavy chemicals, and the temperature was perfection! Great stay!
