This property is more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. Room was barely ok and the lobby was dirty. My taxi driver said the place was unsafe so be watchful.

Felt extremely unsafe from the moment we turned into the parking lot. Witnessed drug deal in alley before walking in. Everything felt & looked like a half-way house for paroled convicts. Did not stay!

The ceilings had water damage. The light fixtures were falling out of the ceiling. The headboards were falling off the walls. There were people running around and doing mechanical work on their cars in the parking lot all night long. There were people running up and down the stairs all night long. The mop buckets were left in the hallway along with the wet mops on the carpet. One of the rooms smelled so heavily a bleach you could hardly breathe. The television set was turned on, but she couldn’t shut it off or turn the sound up and down. The linens on one of the beds were stained really bad.

It's a good place to sleep. We stayed there on three separate occasions during a two week period. There are what appears to be illicit activities going on in the area but these people never bothered any of the motel patrons. The staff do their best to keep them at bay and the police drive through now and them. Fine place to sleep if that's all you need.

They sold my room to another customer even though I already paid for it, with a reservation and therefore, they had two customers pay for the very same room doubling their revenue/money and they, or you, won't refund my money. I won't use them again and will not use Expedia again unless you get this honorably resolved. Pay attention to how much I've used your APP over the last two weeks and over the years.

Rough part of town

Rough area of town homeless people in parking lot Smell of marijuana very very strong. The staff was very very friendly they were actually very great they have a restaurant that is attached to them in the building it is not part of their business but for $5 they delivered to our room

This is a horrible hotel, a real dive. I was greeted at the reception with a woman looking up and saying “What?”. It was a horror show, I thought I was in a really bad movie that just kept getting worse. The bed was dirty, bathrooms were dirty and torn apart, the beds are old, it is dingy and smelly.

I booked online and was told when I arrived that credit card machine didn’t work and had me pay cash, I tried to move rooms because portable ac didnt work turns out the teller stole the money and never signed me in to the motel. This place is absolutely the worst motel I ever stayed at I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there it’s not a normal place it’s a drug infested homeless hangout

Nice stay

Our stay was nice and very near to downtime. But the hotel condition was not so good. It was not clean . But OK for stay. They even got us a new refrigerator on our request which was awesome. If they can clean a bit it would be 5 stars.

Despite being 24 hour desk service there were times when no one was there. I witnessed a woman who was clearly high get kicked out for bringing too many people to her room the go shoot up on the curb by the parking lot. Entirely too many loiterers and i dont even want to get started on the rooms. Just don't stay here.

Tired but clean

Pretty tired building inside and out, but clean at least. Facilities basic. Fine for a short stay but wouldn't want to spend much time there. Cheapest place I could find in Anchorage but double what I'd pay for such a place anywhere else
