Ours was a one-night stay before moving to another hotel to begin a tour. The emailed instructions were clear, the room was very basic but clean. The woman in the coffee shop was friendly and efficient. Only annoyance was the ceiling fan which went erratically back and forth between fast and slow.

Room was clean but very small. We had just been on a cruise and this room was smaller. Didn't realize there was no daily maid service, but we asked for towels and coffee and they did get them for us.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable with a large dip on one side. You could not open the window as it opened into a communal landing and the room was stuffy and claustrophobic. There was no sound insulation and you could hear people talking and walking around, doors banging all hours. This in my opinion is only suitable for students on a budget.

The hotel was very reasonably priced in a good location. The staff was very friendly. The carpet needed a good vacuum and water leaked out of the shower door onto the floor of the bathroom. Other than that it was a perfectly fine stay.

Great spot! Comfortable, clean and easy check in.

We flew in very early into Anchorage (12:30 am) We only stayed for the night as we were driving to Seward in the morning. The check in process at that hour was seamless and we were given excellent instruction. Furthermore, the room was in great condition and was very comfortable. It had what we needed and it gave us the chance to rest after a long day of travel (We were traveling back from Costa Rica) I would gladly recommend this spot.
