Started off pretty rough. They gave me a room with no heat. I had to walk a ways outside to get to the lobby. They gave me another room even further away. I was upset at this point and just looked at the lady and she finally gave me a room on the side where the lobby is. At first she didn't want to because that room cost more. Even though it was a struggle. They did make it right. I would consider to stay there again.
