Het inchecken ging wat onduidelijk en mijn expliciet verzoek van de factuur op bedrijfsnaam was niet doorgekomen. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Mijn kamer was bescheiden in oppervlak, maar groot genoeg. De nachtlampjes deden het niet, dus de enige verlichting van de kamer bevond zich bij de ingangsdeur. Het diner was werkelijk van een Michelin-ster niveau. Uitzonderlijk goed: in smaak en presentatie! Een echte aanrader!

Hyggeligt lille sted, men standarden er ikke så høj. Desværre blev morgenmaden serveret ualmindeligt sent (9.00-10.00) det blev dog på gæsternes opfordring ændret, således at over halvdelen spiste morgenmad omkring kl 8.00. Desværre virker det til at man vasker sengetøj og håndklæder i parfumeret vaskemiddel, så den ene af os har udviklet en slem omgang eksem efter overnatningen.

Het eten was onverwacht goed. Itt de accomodatie was dit zeer verzorgd en met veel aandacht en smaak bereid. Het paste eigenlijk niet bij het niveau van de kamers. De kamer was onhandig met allerlei niveauverschillen op de vloer. De douche was niet schoon en stonk naar riool. Je hoorde de hele dag door deuren dichtslaan. Fatsoenlijke stoelen waren er ook niet.

Goed verzorgde, schone herberg met prima ontbijt!

Mooi verzorgde herberg zo'n 700 meter gelegen vanaf Pieterpad etappe Rolde - Schoonloo. Goede en vriendelijke service. Gelegen in een rustige omgeving. Mogelijkheid om te dineren, wat een echte culinaire beleving is! Het ontbijt (lopend buffet, doordeweeks van 08:30 uur t/m 09:30 uur) is prima. Op de kamer zelf is geen mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten, maar dat mag ook niet verwacht worden voor de prijs van de kamer. Een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding dus! Ben je het Pieterpad aan het wandelen en zoek je een goede overnachtingsmogelijkheid, dan is dit de ideale locatie! Of als je in een rustige omgeving wilt overnachten en zelf de omgeving wilt verkennen, dan is dit een ideale uitvalsbasis!

Prima om een nacht te verblijven als je op doorreis bent. Goed bed, schoon, kleine kamer,de herberg is wat gedateerd, maar eigenaren zijn vriendelijk. Ligt in een klein plaatsje met een aantal woningen, geen supermarkt of eetgelegenheden, hiervoor moet je in Rolde zijn.
