Welcome to Villa Tiatia, over 200m2 at the foot of the Betey dune, just a stone's throw from the beach and near the port, where your stay will be relaxing and soothing! Its heated swimming pool will immerse you directly in a holiday atmosphere! Your days will be marked by swimming, walks on foot or by bicycle along the numerous cycling paths around and moments of rest under the pine trees.

This beautiful new dwelling (2024) is perfectly furnished in the style of the Arcachon Basin. The outward-facing living room welcomes you into a lovely kitchen-dining space. The latter invites you to settle onto the wooden terrace that borders it; you will love savouring good meals all gathered around the large table. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare good dishes for the whole family, equipped in particular with induction hobs, American refrigerator, microwave, 2 traditional ovens, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The lounge, for its part, is a cosy corner with a gas fireplace, it will welcome you in a warm atmosphere for a moment of relaxation in front of the television.



The house can accommodate 15 people where you will discover 7 carefully decorated bedrooms. The first two are located on the ground floor, both equipped with a queen-size bed and a bathroom, thus providing you with comfort and privacy. On the upper floor, you will find three more bedrooms with double beds, two of which also have an adjoining bathroom. A rest area with a sofa bed connects this floor, thus allowing you to enjoy a moment of calm to read. Then, you will find two children's bedrooms. The first is equipped with three bunk beds and a balcony, whilst the last one has 2 bunk beds, thus being able to accommodate 4 children. A bathroom with toilet is also available on this floor.



For greater convenience, the villa has a hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, cot, high chair, ironing board, electric vehicle charging point, and an outdoor bar equipped with a gas grill.



The house is also a suitable place for professional stays.

At your disposal: desk for your meetings, possibility of adding a projector and adapted wifi.



The swimming pool is open from 29/04 to 18/10 and is heated from 29/04 to 21/06
