To keep our retreat peaceful and secure for everyone:
✅ No parties or events without prior approval.
✅ Only registered guests (listed at booking) are allowed on the property.
✅ If you’d like to have a visitor, please check with us first—we’re happy to accommodate.

We appreciate your understanding in keeping the property safe and private for all guests, our family, and farm animals.

📦 Deliveries (Uber, DoorDash, Walmart, etc.)
We welcome guests to order food or essentials, but please meet all deliveries at the entrance gate to maintain the privacy of our farm. 🚪
🚗 Delivery drivers are not permitted beyond the gate.

This helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone while keeping the property secure.

🐶 Pet Policy (1 Dog, Under 40 lbs, with Prior Approval)
We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog (under 40 lbs) per stay with prior approval. To make things easy, here’s what to know:
🐾 $200 refundable pet deposit required within 24 hours of booking (refunded after check-out, pending inspection).
🐾 Dogs must remain on a leash at all times for their safety and that of our farm animals.
🐾 No pets on beds or furniture. Please bring a pet bed if needed.
🐾 Pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.

If you’re bringing a pup, just let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is set for your stay!

🚭 Smoke-Free Property
To keep the air fresh and our land clean, Sacred Creek Farm is a completely smoke-free property—both indoors and across all 40 acres. 🌿🌎 We kindly ask guests to respect this policy, and note that a cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs.
