RELAX in this Andersonville East Tennessee condo that is built for fun! We have two bedrooms and two full baths. The first floor is just the entry with steps to the second floor that has a bedroom with a king bed and a twin in hallway. The third floor has two sets of bunk beds with two queen beds and two twins and another twin in the hallway. This condo is only steps from the pool, two pavilions (one with fire pit; wood provided most times), marina, and swim dock. The view is FABULOUS giving a bird's eye view to the marina that is great for listening to the bands that come some weekends in the summer! Whether you’re relaxing indoors or living your best lake life, this space has you covered. An important note that there are two flights of stairs.

On site amenities include the use of a 2000 square feet clubhouse with a kitchen, a spacious living room that opens up to the pool and hot tub. There is no lifeguard on duty. Within the clubhouse, there is a kitchen, TV, poker table, fitness center and separate rest rooms. Guests may not reserve the clubhouse for parties unfortunately, but can use it if it's not reserved. The pool and hot tub are seasonal and open the end of May and usually close in September. The outdoor area at the club house provides a gas grill, ample covered patio seating around the pool. Near the pool are additional picnic areas with charcoal grills.

The concrete walkway that meanders around the property and is great for getting walks in! It leads to a pavilion with a fireplace, so get your S'mores ready for the outdoor fire place with beautiful seating.

Food wise, Waterside Marina, has a seasonal Mexican restaurant called Monterrey's.

Book your rental pontoon early by calling (865) 494-9649 Toll Free: (877) 510-8868. These pontoons go fast, so make sure when you book that you check boat rentals too! No public boat launch, but you can launch at Loyston Point, Big Ridge State Park, Norris Lake Point 19, Anderson County Park and more. Simply Google, "public boat launches near Andersonville, TN." Condo renters may not launch at Waterside Marina. Launching and boat storage/parking is not part of the condo rental agreement. Boats and or jet ski trailers are allowed within the gates at the Waterside condo complex.
