This summer two-level villa is a perfect combination of the modern as well as the traditional Cycladic architecture, located in an amphitheatric site 1Km away from Batsi , overlooking the bay of Agia Marina.
This spacious stone built villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, while the living room, the kitchen and the third bathroom are situated on the ground floor with a direct access to the swimming pool, the BBQ and the planted garden. The house sleeps 8 people in total, which can be easily increased to 10 with the use of the sofas.
The master en-suite bedroom sleeps 4 (two double king size beds, ideal for large families) and the other two bedrooms, one double and one twin, will accommodate another 4, all with spectacular sea view verandas, tv ,ceiling fans and airconditioning. The spacious living room as well as the fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor, providing a relaxing and cozy environment for the guests. Three large dining tables both internal and external will make meals and breakfast a fabulous experience overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Despite the quiet and green location of the house, distances to all the sandy beaches and touristic sightseeing do not exceed 10 minutes rides. Agios Petros, Psilli Ammos are only a 10 minute ride, Batsi is 2 minute ride and the Port of Gaurio is almost 12 minute ride. Adventure seekers will find the location pretty handy for excursion to the remote beaches, traditional monasteries and hiking paths that can easily be achieved in less than 25 minute drives.Reg Number 00000921054
