Comfortable and cozy retreat with Free ski shuttle

Beautiful New Mexico Vibe! 1st level condo in the heart of the village, near the ski/bike park. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a newly updated kitchen and furniture with plenty of cooking and dining needs. The beds are comfortable and we offer an XL Twin roll away bed as well. The bathrooms feature large Towels, hand towels and washcloths, higher end body soap, shampoo, conditioner as well as grooming needs and hair dryers. Internet and cable ready or if you choose, we have some DVD's, board games and card games for both children and adults. We have a Gas fireplace, heater and gas oven & stove and a new front load washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked for dining and cooking, condiments, an array of spices, cooking oils, coffee and tea assortments as well as TP, paper towels, dish tabs, wash machine tabs and cleaning products in case you need them during your stay. Off of the dining area is a comfortable and quiet patio that accesses the garage so you can safely store your equipment without worry. Although this garage is not used to park a car, you can easily fit 2 motorcycles or several bikes as well as ski equipment and it has an automatic garage door with a keypad for access from your parking space. In the garage you have use of the gas BBQ or a little smoky, a portable fire pit (when allowed by the fire department) sleds, chairs and cornhole. There is a large common space in the backyard that is across the street from fantastic food and drinks (Pizza Stop, Mikuna Grill, Pub and Grub) as well as equipment rentals and repair and apparel shops (Ski Tech). The condo complex is a courtyard style, intimate setting. You have space for parking in front of the garage. During the winter, with one call, you are able to catch the free ski shuttle that is just outside of the condo complex. Want to walk? The resort is just 2 blocks up the road or down the road to walking trails. For a fee you have access to the golf resort pool and workout facilities. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed, penalties will apply. This property has security cameras located outside the garage, front door, patio and inside the Garage. NO cameras have any visibility of the interior of the home. We have smart TV's in each room and WiFi/internet. For times when the internet is down, That tends to happen from time to time in small mountain town, we have an array of movies and games.
