Those traveling with furry companions will enjoy the fenced backyard to ensure their pets stay safe. Entering from the 2-car garage leads you into a mudroom and laundry room with a large-capacity washer/dryer. Down the hall is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the lower level. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. There's also a private deck, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with a twin bed and trundle—provide ample sleeping space, while a hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
