The dining table seats 8-10 with more seating at the kitchen counter bar. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a professional grade stove and lots of counter space and is stocked with all the essentials and then some – perfect for cooking up your favorite dishes. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is on this main level. The large master features a king bed and plenty of windows to let you enjoy the views. The ensuite bath has both a walk-in shower and a relaxing jetted tub. You’ll also find another bedroom with queen bed on this level, as well as a full bath. There’s also a full-size washer and dryer.
Upstairs are two more large bedrooms and a full bath with walk-in shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has three twin beds.
The lower level offers you a huge family retreat with plenty of room to spread out. It’s perfect for watching movies – there’s even a retro popcorn maker – and has 3 couches to curl up on. An electric fireplace adds warmth and ambience. A table that seats 4 gives you a place to play games, make puzzles or have a snack. A full-size ping pong table sits just off the large family room giving the kids (and adults) room to play. A beautiful set of bunk beds completes the lower level.
There’s a large deck off of the main level. Relax in one of the many Adirondack-style chairs or curl up on the cushioned wicker furniture. If it’s chilly, just turn on the propane heater. Enjoy the plentiful wildlife that will visit. The deck is the perfect place to grill your dinner, sip your morning coffee or partake in an evening cocktail while taking in the incredible views.
Feel free to park your car in the oversized double garage. There’s access into the lower level of the house with plenty of space to hang coats and store boots.
This house sits on 5 wooded acres where you can hike, sled, play outdoor games or just enjoy the peace and serenity of life in the mountains. Come up to the fresh mountain air. This is the perfect place to gather for mountain fun, beauty, relaxation and, of course, for making memories that will last a lifetime.
This home is pet-friendly for dogs under 50#. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee; two dogs maximum.
We recommend that anyone coming to the mountains in winter have a 4WD or AWD vehicle. The driveway will be plowed.
