O hotel do bosque tem uma área externa excelente, muito verde, excelente piscina, o bar da piscina atende super bem, os serviços são ótimos e os funcionarios atendem muito bem. No entanto os quartos devem passar por uma reforma com urgencia. Além da necessidade de modernização, a manutenção é precaria, tomadas sem tampa, janelas sujas, travesseiros ruins, frigobar em pessima condição, etc etc

Boa escolha!

Hotel bem agradável. O quarto era simples, mas compatível com a opção escolhida (standard). Café da manhã não foi um diferencial, mas bem suficiente. Jantamos no hotel algumas noites. Comida farta e bem feita. Para acesso ao hotel é necessário percorrer uma curta estrada de terra, em boas condições.

Maravilhosa nossos dias no hotel do Bosque

O Hotel do bosque é lindo, area da piscina e praia com boa estrutura. Teve show a noite no bar, durante todo os dias de nossa estada. Os graçons atendem muito bem, no restaurante. O buffet de café, almoço e jantar são bem fartos e saborosos. Foram dias inesquecível.

precisa de reforma urgente e de um bom gerente

A natureza do local é muito bonita assim como a praia porém os quartos são muito velhos mal conservados a colcha desfiada e com aparência de suja , roupa de cama ruim ( não tinham colocado nem sabonete nem toalha de rosto ) banheiro alagava no banho . Comida sem sabor tbm deixou muito a desejar . O que conta a favor é a praia que é muito bonita

A experiência foi incrível. Reservamos uma suíte superior e não tenho do que reclamar, quanto ao conforto. As instalações não são atuais, mas há conforto e higiene. As áreas comuns do hotel são excelentes. O atendimento é maravilhoso. Tive muito receio devido algumas avaliações negativas referente as camas e as instalações, mas estou extremamente satisfeita com a hospedagem que tivemos e voltaria sem sombra de dúvidas!

Bom custo benefício

O hotel precisa d e uma reforma nos quartos, são antigos. A água da pia do banheiro estava vazando, avisei assim que cheguei e nada foi feito. A comida é bem gostosa e as sobremesas, melhores ainda. A recreação atende bem. Piscinas boas, mas a água tava muito quente, no último dia de hospedagem que melhorou a temperatura da piscina maior, a menor nem vi.

Hotel Fantástico, camas péssimas

O lugar é lindo, serviço bem prestado, comida muito boa, recreação excelente, manutenção ok, mas a condição das camas dos quartos é terrível. Colchões velhos, moles, rasgados e improvisados. Fomos à recepção e informamos sobre o estado das camas (havia uma inclinada, inclusive) e a resposta que recebemos foi que todas as camas de todos os quartos são iguais. Passar várias noites em um lugar paradisíaco como este, no qual a noite de sono de qualidade também deveria fazer parte do pacote, mereceria melhores colchões e roupas de cama. Vc que assim como eu, tem hérnia de disco, avalie antes de reservar.

Enganação, paguei a mais sem necessidade!

Reservei um apartamento tipo "standard" para me hospedar com minha família composta de 2 adultos e 2 crianças com idades inferiores a 10 anos, incluindo café da manhã. Ao chegar no hotel fui avisada de que a acomodação selecionada NÃO incluía café da manhã (apesar de na minha reserva no Hotéis.com constar o café) e que eram 2 flats, que ficavam fora da estrutura do hotel, em um prédio secundário de apartamentos de proprietários, interligados por uma porta. A estrutura do flat era ótima realmente, composto de sala com cozinha integrada, quarto com cama king e banheiro, porém eu não tinha a necessidade de 2 flats desses para me hospedar com 2 crianças, sendo que 1 ainda faz uso de berço. Achei que o Hotéis.com em parceria com o Hotel do Bosque agiram de má fé e me venderam um quarto muito maior do que eu precisava, obviamente paguei mais caro e no fim das contas o gerente comercial Thiago fez um downgrade no quarto, passando de 2 flats para 1 só (o que era mais que suficiente para hospedar minha família) e incluiu o café da manhã (que na reserva original já incluía). Ou seja, paguei mais, me estressei no check in e quero meu dinheiro de volta pelo 2º flat que paguei na reserva e não utilizei!

Maravilhoso!!

Acabamos de chegar desse lugar extraordinário! Praia, piscina, Catamara super seguro e rapido p chegar ate a praia. Nunca me senti a vontade em um hotel. Lugar familiar, fazem de td p t agradar. Nao recebi um" nao ". Fomos em familia c 1 crianca d 9 anos. Que recreacao !!! Jacare, pixote e bila p recreacao dos adultos e Tio mutano, gibi, foca , jumma e Equipe que foram expetaculares. Vamos ter q descansar depois dessas ferias intensas c esses dai. Rsrs Nos restaurantes da praia, piscina e rest principal com o sr Lobao e Sr Chico e EQUIPE que faziam de td p nos agradar. Que comida deliciosa!!. Muita gente p citar. Resumindo PARABÉNS A TODOS DO HOTEL DO BOSQUE. E O NOSSO OBRIGADA. ATE A PROXIMA QUE SEJA BREVE. Voltaremos com certeza!! Pobre em manutenção e camas velhas

Se não fosse a péssima qualidade das camas e a baixa manutenção em geral. O local é paradisíaco e valeu muito pelo visual.
