CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival ( to be shared on email or xerox copies)

Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 01:00 Pm and Check out time is 11:00 am. Early check- in is possible only if available but on payment of extra charges.

DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker prior incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 1000/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension.

ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The Villa is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off.
