Very sketchy. Got asked for money walking in the parking lot. Checked in, a little dumpy but fine. Then someone propped open a back entrance door for god knows how long and our room became unbearably cold. I found the open door and shut it but the room never warmed up. We had to sleep fully clothed with hats and coats as they couldn’t give us heaters or extra blankets because housekeeping was closed. Never offered a different room. It was too cold to even shower. I will never stay there again

Room was nasty, stained carpet, and the bathtub was bubbling. Thick dust covered the bathroom fan, and furnace. The room was approximately 50 degrees when we got there because they turn off the heat on unused rooms. It took 4 hours to get up to temperature. Staff was perfectly polite, but this place is a dump

The room was extremely hot when we came in and we had to turn off the heater because the heater wouldn’t turn off. Then we didn’t have any hot water to take a shower, the tap was wrong move the tap to the H and it went cold move the tap to the C and it was not as cold but not even close to being warm. It was -21 outside having a cold shower and it was so cold outside when you check out was very unpleasant. Check in was great workers so very pleasant

The staff was nice, but the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and perfume. My wife is highly allergic to odors. We couldn't stay there. The rooms were listed as smoke freee.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Cigarette burn holes in matress. Hallways smelled like marijuana. No pool towels in pool area - very inconvenient since you access the pool from outside door & it was snowing out. Asked for clean bath towels, was told "they ran out." Breakfast was sparce. Only "splenda" for coffee, out of sugar. Stains on carpets. Brought up concerns to front desk & was offered 50% off my next stay - I doubt that would really happen. I wouldnt stay here again even if it was a free stay.

We decided to stay here for the hot tub. My son had surgery the next day so we wanted to relax the night before. Pool/hot tub closes at 10pm. We showed up at 930 and it was closed, very disappointed. The walls are thin, too. You can hear your neighbors
