We have stayed in the Hotel for almost a month. The Hotel Staff (both at the Reception as well as the ones in charge of Room Service) were very pleasant, polite and helpful. I am extremely pleased with their approach as well as attitude. The room was kept clean. The Hotel itself as well as surroundings was kept clean. The staff assigned for the breakfast were very understanding & helpful. The Hotel Manager also was very helpful indeed solving any issues related with my Room Reservations. We appreciate their Hard Work, Politeness, Helpfulness and Friendliness. No complaints whatsoever. Full marks!!! Thank you towards all Staff Members of Microtel Inn & Suites. Have a great evening.....

Broken shower

A couple things that were not outstanding, the bed was bouncy, and springs made noise when you moved. Additionally, the shower did not work in the morning. The desk person just said he would tell the maintenance man when he came in. We would have liked to shower but that was not offered to us. The shower was barely fixed when we returned that evening. It still leaked and the pressure was very low. We will not be using this hotel again. Breakfast is waffles and cereals and breads.

The hotel check-in was nice. The man behind the counter wasn't pleasant. They gave us an adjoining room. This was not goid. We heard the people talking, taking showers and flushing the toilet. It was very noisy.
