It's conveniently located only a quick 3-minute drive to Anna Bay shopping area where you will find an array of dining, take away, Bakery, Bottle Shop, Butchery, Supermarket and Anna Bay Tavern. The beachfront location opens a myriad of watersports and walking activities with the newly built Tomaree Coastal Walk right in front of the property, this is a great walk that takes you from Anna Bay all the way to Shoal Bay (27klm).

The property provides three parking spaces including a secure double garage and enough room on the street for small boat parking and an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and a dryer which is located in the garage.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
