Leadership was extremely rude during the winter storm, which declared a state of emergency in New Jersey. I spoke to someone who was willing to refund me half of my bill. However, after a day, I called the manager, who informed me that she was not refunding the money. The reason given was that it was a third-party reservation, but the third party had reached out to the manager multiple times and she had declined. I must say that during these storms, it seems like they don’t care about anyone; they only care about the money. I also want to add that I asked for credit to stay another day instead of getting a refund, but they declined that request as well.
