Located on the 3ᵉ floor without lift, the flat comprises:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each ;

You'll particularly appreciate the balcony adjoining the master bedroom, with its beautiful views of the mountains.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, television, microwave, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, oven, fan, iron, fridge, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.

The flat is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from Annecy town centre (10 minutes), where you will find restaurants and shops.
