This apartment can accommodate 2 people. It enjoys a fantastic location in Annecy’s old town, a historic pedestrianised area right by the lake and the Pont des Amours.

The bedroom has a 160x190cm bed.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.

You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains; you’ll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available in the secure, pay-and-display Hôtel de Ville underground car park (approximately €11 for 24 hours).
Check-in is available every day from 4 pm until 10 pm; you can check in independently using a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by email the day before your stay.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation isn’t being taken over that same evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put clean crockery back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor, and empty your bins in the storage room under the stairs by the main entrance.

Cozy yet Spacious Urban Retreat with a Charm

Absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was spotless, quiet and had all the amenities needed. The location was perfect, close to everything in the town center. The host was responsive and welcoming, making the check-in process seamless. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.
