Schimmelbefall, rohrbruch und keine lösung, nie wieder FeWo

Das war die schlimmste woche die ich je hatte. Wir sind angekommen ohne genaue informationen vom gastgeber, welche etage, woe man an rein kommt und so weiter. Auf mehrere nachfragen vor abreise wurde nicht reagiert. Apartment war komplett von schimmel befallen, es hat gestunken, im bad ist wasser ausgelaufen, noch bevor wir ankamen. Nachdem das problem gemeldet wurde hieß es von seiten FeWo Zitat: Da es keine Gefahr darstellt, kann der Schimmel gereinigt werden, der Gastgeber könnte jemanden zum Reinigen schicken. Wenn Sie die Unterkunft verlassen möchten, können wir die Rückerstattung des für die Reservierung oder das Hotel gezahlten Geldes nicht garantieren. Zitat ende Nach 2 tagen von beiden seiten nix passiert bis mir bei einem erneuten Telefonat fast die hutschnur geplatzt ist. Fazit Nein mir hat mein Aufenthalt nicht gefallen. Der zuständige Superweiser sollte dringend mal Schimmel googeln und sich selbst ne woche in dieses Apartment begeben. Am besten natürlich so wie wir mit einer person mit Astma. Wir und alle unswre freunde reisen definitiv nie wieder mit FeWo auf wieder sehen und allen viel glück die FeWo vertrauen.
