Indoor Facilities
The ground floor welcomes guests with a bright living area featuring a comfortable sofa and a 55 Smart TV, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A second kitchen with a traditional wood oven and washer-dryer adds extra convenience. Bedrooms on this level include a queen-size bed, a sofa bed for an additional guest, and an ensuite bathroom. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available.Upstairs, the villa offers two spacious bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and Smart TVs. One bedroom opens onto a balcony with a relaxing sitting area, while the other features a private balcony with a dining space, perfect for enjoying meals or morning coffee. A separate bedroom next to the pool includes a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, providing additional privacy and comfort.

Outdoor Facilities
Outdoors, the villa includes a private 40 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, a shaded lounge, a barbecue corner with electric and charcoal grills, a mini fridge, and a dining area, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening!

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request three days advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
