Introducing Reflection Villa
Relish lazy mornings entwined between the sheets, gather at the cozy sofa’s gazing out to the shimmering pool & fall asleep to the sound of the summer breeze. Set just 5 minutes drive from Vryses Village, this is the a holiday home for friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the villa combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its four available bedrooms. The Villa offers clean appeal design, at its open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are wonderful also, featuring a 45m2 Private Pool (can be heated with extra fee), a children’ pool & and a Dining area, with BBQ (charcoal) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for family gatherings.

External Living | Private Heated Pool & Outdoor Settings
This sublime home lays in 500m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 45m² private heated swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, can be heated with extra fee), also boasting a children’s pool compartment, comfy sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area. Two bedrooms & the Living Room area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2-3 cars outside of the residence premises. The entire villa lays on the ground floor. A ping pong table & a hammock is also available at the villa. 


Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.



Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views to the pool & natural surroundings, outdoor living settings, the villa radiates authentic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks every corner of this holiday home gifting them with their unique identity, with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This Residence boasts beautiful interiors, in its 160m² indoor space. The villa boasts four bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with a couch for two guests to sleep & a fully equipped kitchen. The villa can welcome 8 guests in real beds and two more guests are welcome to sleep at the couch in the living room & an additional folding bed can also be provided upon request. The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests. 


Entire Villa Lays on the Ground Floor
Living Room with a 55’ Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with direct access to the pool & outdoor dining areas • A couch located at the Living Room can welcome one more guest & one more at an additional folding bed that can be provided upon request • Two Premium Bedrooms feature King Size bed (1.80x2.00) & en suite bathrooms with walk in shower & direct access to the pool area • Two more twin bedrooms features two single beds each (0.900x2.00) with en-suite bathroom & windows to the garden • An extra Shared WC is located next to the living room • Washing Machine is also available at the this villa.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, Baby Bath, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
