Arnaque

Nous avons loué cette maison avec piscine en sachant que les jours que nous passerions à Apt allaient être très ensoleillés. Dans l annonce et je précise que j ai des captures d écran, nous notons que la piscine fait partie de l’équipement, et qu en plus elle est visible sur toutes les photos de couvertures de l annonce. Une fois arrivés sur place, la piscine est bâchée. Je contacte donc la propriétaire par mail dans la soirée, et dans la nuit même avant de me répondre, elle modifie l annonce et ajoute « piscine ouverte de mi juin à septembre ». Quand je l ai au téléphone, elle face a mon mécontentement, elle me répond « vous savez ce que c est que d entretenir une piscine? Il faut 15 jours pour que l eau soit filtrée.. et finit par me dire, si vous voulez vous baignez dans l eau verte alors débâchez et baignez vous! C est aberrant! Elle a encaissé le prix d une maison avec piscine, pour une maison dans laquelle nous ne pouvions pas utiliser l élément principale pour lequel nous l avions loué. Abritel ne trouve pas d accord avec cette propriétaire, alors que son annonce est mensongère c est hallucinant !
