Péssimo, atendimento terrível, mal educados, como se estivessem fazendo um favor, não se prestam para ajudar em nada... Falta de empatia total... Solicitei quarto de casal, me entregaram um carro com duas camas de solteiro, não teve limpeza no quarto, janelas com claridade absurda dentro do quarto, barulho de crianças gritando, ar-condicionado falhando a todo momento, com barulho que incomodou bastante o sono.

Estacionamento bom, quarto limpo, café da manhã excelente, preço bom demais, a única coisa que não gostei foi a cama de solteiro, estava sem 1 pé e quebrada, ficou muito incomoda.

Muito barulho no corredor, crianças chorando o tempo todo, hóspedes c música no celular na maior altura, pedi uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, e tinha 3 de solteiro, não tinha chuveiro quente, e o café nada doque apresentava nas divulgações.
