Located in the heart of Les Carroz, about 450 m from the ski lifts. This 25 m² studio is situated on the first floor (no lift) and features a balcony facing northwest.

The accommodation sleeps up to 5 people. It includes an open mountain alcove with three bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6) and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and the toilet is separate.

The kitchenette includes electric hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The studio is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and a cellar. Pets are allowed. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric systems.

Additional services are available upon reservation: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel rental, and baby equipment. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Discounts of up to 35% are offered on ski passes and equipment rental. A weekly supplement applies for pets.
