Our coastal home is not suitable for infants, toddlers or children under 12. The property contains several significant safety hazards, including an unfenced boardwalk & decking, a steep internal staircase, and an active wood burner fire. Due to these risks and our insurance requirements, we cannot accommodate any children under the age of 12.
Bookings that include infants or children will be declined or cancelled for safety reasons. We do not provide child-safety features (gates/powerpoint covers) or amenities (highchairs/portacots/toys/books). Please ensure your group meets these requirements before booking to avoid disappointment. For safety and insurance purposes, exterior security cameras are installed at the property. Cameras are located at the driveway/entrance and monitor the outdoor entry areas only. There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas.
