O recepcionista é excelente. O chuveiro tem pouquíssima queda de água. O edredom é fino, não aquece, acredito que deveriam ter mantas. O fim da curtina fica batendo no travesseiro. E dá para ouvir barulho das ruas no quarto durante toda a noite.

Instalações muito antigas, chuveiro é elétrico é muito ruim. No quarto que fiquei o barulho de carros e motos é intenso. O café da manhã é ok. O atendimento dos funcionários foi legal. Não tem elevador então se ficar no segundo andar e a mala for pesada vai ter dificuldade. Em termo de conforto deixa a desejar. Mas o atendimento compensa.

Excelente estadia, o atendimento é excelente de todos os funcionários, os recepcionistas muito atenciosos, explendida arquitetura, prédio historico e muito conservado, café da manhã delicioso, localização central, mas sem barulho, apenas a ducha do banheiro deixou a desejar, pois a pressão e água estavam espalhadas dificultando o banho, mas nada que um simples ajuste não acerte, mas fui tão bem atendido que realmente me senti em casa.

O atendimento supera as expectativas, tive problemas na reserva pelo hotéis.com, o que nada tinha haver com o NHM Hotel, mas a gerência, mesmo não sendo de sua responsabilidade, atendeu minhas solicitações com grande eficiência e cordialidade!
