The stylishly furnished vacation home "Casa de S Arca 3" is located in Pistis directly on the sea, only 7 minutes walk from the beach, which is the northernmost beach of the Costa Verde. The special feature of the accommodation is the spacious, private lounge and dining area with beautiful sea views. The 90 m² vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, washing machine and television in all rooms.

In the private outdoor area, guests will find a garden and covered patio with a spacious dining area and beautiful lounge furniture. Here, beautiful sunsets against a spectacular backdrop are guaranteed. Guests can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. There is also an outdoor shower.
