Located in the Aiguillon district, 400m from the port and local shops and 2500m from Arcachon town center, this 65m² 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of a luxury residence with elevator:
- Double living room with sofa and TV, opening onto a furnished terrace with a view of the pool.
- Open kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) (closet/wardrobe)
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) (closet/wardrobe)
- Shower room with 2 sinks, walk-in shower, tumble dryer, and separate toilet.
- Secure underground parking space.
