On the harbour side, this flat has a large 18m² terrace surrounded by a hedge for your privacy, with parking and private access to the harbour! You're in the very typical port area of l'Aiguillon, in a quiet location 3 km from the centre of Arcachon, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a bakery and the finest fishmonger's on the Bassin!
Bed linen and towels of 4-star hotel quality are provided, as are bath mats and tea towels. Your bed will be made for your arrival.

Coté Port is located near all the shops, restaurants, mini-markets... in the Aiguillon district, 10 km from the Dune du Pyla and 3 km from Arcachon city center. Nestled between the Autumn City of Arcachon and La Teste de Buch, the Aiguillon district seduces visitors for its authenticity. From the Saint-Ferdinand church to the colorful fishermen's huts at the Pointe de l'Aiguillon via the harbor, discover the multiple viewpoints of the site. Very lively and commercial, this district can be visited on foot or by bike. It also has many "nice and accessible little restaurants" according to many tourists. And if you like oysters, a lunch break is a must at the only shack in the area, the Cabane de l'Aiguillon, located at the end of Pierre Loti Boulevard or at the port of La Teste, Gujan and all the others!

The little train in front of the Arcachon tourist office will give you lots of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view. At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste is waiting for you, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon or La Teste (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then leave to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the island of birds, the famous cabanes tchanquées! The Arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! Descent of the Leyre river, to the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!

- Bordeaux airport at 65 km (52 minutes by car)
- A beep allows you to go to the parking under the residence, another to open the garage which is deep but does not allow the access in height for the 4X4...
