Jolie maison parfaitement située

Une maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e mĂȘme si elle est petite. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs gentil et serviable. La personne qui nous a reçu est aussi trĂšs sympathique. MĂȘme si le beau temps n Ă©tait pas au rendez vous et qu internet avait dĂ©cidĂ© de nous oublier, nous avons pu nous reposer au calme dans un environnement trĂšs agrĂ©able. Maison Ă  recommander.

Hat alles gut gepasst. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Da unser französisch sehr schlecht ist, war es etwas holperig mit der direkten Kommunikation. Aber letztendlich haben wir alles Wichtige verstanden.

Liebevoll und individuell gestaltetes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Arcachon, in dem individuell und liebevoll gestalteten Haus von Xavier. Die Kommunikation fĂŒr Check-in, Check-out und zwischenzeitliche Fragen lief super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und das Haus war eine gute Ausgangsposition fĂŒr verschiedenste AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung.

A perfect place to stay.

We spent two weeks in the area and very much enjoyed the house. It has a great locations, is beautifully renovated and, in addition to a very well-equipped kitchen and good beds, has many charming details that look even nicer in real life than on the pictures. All in all, it was the perfect choice for our family holiday. The communication with the host was always quick and uncomplicated.

HĂŽte extremement rĂ©actif. La maison prĂ©sente l'avantages d'ĂȘtre prĂȘte des pistes cyclables et d'un parc mais un inconvenient aussi, proximitĂ© immĂ©diate d'un rond poind trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ© jusqu'Ă  22 H30 - 23 heures. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Dommage pas de placard prĂ©vu pour ranger les provisions. Le terrain est bien clos. Si un occultant avait Ă©tĂ© prĂ©vu au niveau du portillon d'entrĂ©e, pour Ă©viter le dĂ©rangement des aboiements de notre chien pour les passants et les voisins, ca aurait Ă©tĂ© super. En conclusion, nous sommes globalement satisfait de notre sĂ©jour avec notre chien.

Schöne Ferien in Arcachon

Das Haus ist sehr hĂŒbsch; ideal fĂŒr eine Familie mit 4 Personen, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, super KĂŒche mit allem drum und dran. Die Terrasse nach hinten ist auch wunderbar. Die Lage ist super: schnell zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte und an den StrĂ€nden. Nicht ganz so gut war: nur ein Fahrrad war einsatzbereit (nachdem wir es mit unserer Autopumpe aufgepumt haben); der Fernseher funktionierte nicht (hĂ€ngt am Router, der ist möglicherweise dafĂŒr ungeeignet; etwas wenig Stauraum. Alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus an einem tollen Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.

Das besondere Ferienhaus

Im Ferienhaus von Xavier hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit Geschmack renoviert und mit netten Details aus der Region versehen, haben wir uns mit unserem Australian Shepard Kalle in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Besonders erfreut waren wir ĂŒber die KĂŒche. Da wir gerne kochen hat uns die neue moderne Ausstattung (kein franz. Standard) sehr beeindruckt. Auch die Lage des Hauses, - am Anfang gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig wegen der FriedhofsnĂ€he-, hat uns gut gefallen. Man ist zu Fuß relativ schnell in der Stadt oder am Strand. Besonderes Highlight ist ein toller BĂ€cker und eine kleine gut sortierte Epicerie in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Kurzum: Ein Geheimtipp, der jetzt keiner mehr ist (;o))!

Bel endroit !

Nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine de vacances à Arcachon, dans cette jolie petite maison trÚs bien décorée et trÚs bien agencée. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer une belle semaine de repos en famille, et avons bien profité de l'océan (qui n'est pas loin à pied !). WohlfĂŒhlurlaub

Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt und alles angetroffen, was wir brauchten. Die RĂ€ume sind individuell und schön eingerichtet, die GroßgerĂ€te neuwertig und sehr gut. Vom Esstisch kann man auf die Straße gucken, in zwei Minuten ist man beim BĂ€cker und dem Feinkostladen. Arcachon war im FrĂŒhling angenehm ruhig.

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus mit 2 hĂŒbschen SitzplĂ€tzen.

Weder App noch website funktionierten in den letzten Tagen vor der Anreise, doch der nette Vermieter hat uns nichtsdestotrotz um 11 Uhr nachts die TĂŒren geöffnet. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist toll ausgestattet, wir haben viel gekocht, sind mit den im Haus vorhandenen RĂ€dern an den Strand (etwas mehr als 5min) und in die Stadt (5min) gefahren. Ein BĂ€cker ist 2min vom Haus entfernt, ParkplĂ€tze sind auch vorhanden. Kurzum: Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!
